Our mission is to support, empower and connect neurodivergent people through inclusive, community-led opportunities that build confidence, wellbeing and belonging. We do this through community-led outdoor activities – particularly sailing – alongside signposting to wider support, resources and networks.

This April, you can support that mission by taking part in Move in April for Neurodivergence.

The challenge

From 1–30 April 2026, complete 2.5 km a day – walking, running, swimming or cycling. Move in whatever way works for you, at your own pace. Take part solo, with friends, or as part of a team.

The challenge is designed to be accessible and flexible, recognising that people move and engage differently.

Why it matters

Neurodivergent people often face isolation and limited access to supportive communities. Through this challenge, we are aiming to raise £5,000 to help fund our first sailing trip.

This is where the funds will be going – helping us deliver an inclusive first trip that creates connection, confidence and a sense of belonging for neurodivergent participants, while also supporting access to wider wellbeing support through signposting and community networks.

Fundraising

Raise £300 or more and receive a free t-shirt as a thank-you for your support.
